The Hunters started the match slowly, trailing 10 – 24 in the first half, with the host putting on a dominant display.
Paul Aiton’s men started the second half on strong terms with two consecutive tries, but the home side showed resilience to seal the win with two late tries.

The Hunters host Northern Pride next Sunday in Port Moresby.
