Microsoft Unveils 3 New Xbox Series S/X Options, Including All-Digital Xbox Series X


Microsoft has unveiled three new variants of the Xbox Series S/X consoles during the Xbox Games Showcase event, set to be released later this year in time for the holiday season. The new configurations include a 1TB SSD storage option for the Xbox Series S in Robot White, an all-digital Xbox Series X, and a special edition 2TB Xbox Series X in Galaxy Black.

The company has not yet disclosed regional pricing and availability details for these new console options, but they are expected to offer users additional design, storage, and pricing choices. The all-digital Xbox Series X, for instance, will be priced lower than the standard version with a disc drive.

The Xbox Series S, originally available with 512GB storage in Robot White, will now come in a 1TB storage option in the same colorway. The console will be sold for $349.99/EUR 349.99 ERP in select markets. On the other hand, the all-digital Xbox Series X will be available in a 1TB storage variant in Robot White, priced at $449.99/EUR 499.99 ERP, which is lower than the disc version.

In addition, Microsoft is launching a special edition Xbox Series X in a new Galaxy Black colorway with 2TB storage. The unique design features a striking celestial effect in silver, grey, and green tones, along with a matching wireless controller. This special edition console will be available in limited quantities for $599.99/EUR 649.99 ERP in select markets.
