The narrative follows twins, Leht and Cyphel, who find themselves facing a unique challenge when one is bound to all seven sins while the other receives none. As they embark on a journey of self-discovery, they must navigate a world filled with danger and intrigue.

Artisan Studios, known for their work on Super Neptunia RPG in the Neptunia franchise, marks their entry into Western game development with Lost Hellden.
