The manga, which is a short story spin-off of Kotoyama’s Call of the Night manga, was just launched on July 2 in Weekly Shonen Sunday. The plot thickens when Ko finds himself entangled in late-night adventures with Nazuna and faces challenges in his budding relationship with the undead.
Kotoyama, known for their work on Dagashi Kashi, originally started the Call of the Night manga in August 2019, and it concluded in January 2024. The manga’s 20th and final volume was published by Shogakukan in March 2024.
The anime adaptation of Call of the Night premiered its first season in July 2022, with HIDIVE streaming the series with English subtitles and later debuting an English dub in September 2022. The second season of the anime began airing on July 4 and is currently ongoing, with HIDIVE continuing to stream the series.
As the Yofukashi no Uta -Rakuen-hen- manga comes to a close, fans can look forward to the conclusion of this short story arc and the continuation of the Call of the Night series in both manga and anime formats.
