Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for putting farmers at the center of the country’s political agenda for the first time since independence in 2014. “When Prime Minister Modi began his third term, his first priority was to prioritize the welfare of farmers. Today, millions of farmers are benefiting from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme,” Adityanath stated.

Adityanath described Modi as the “illustrious son of maa Ganga,” crediting him for elevating India’s global standing through his tireless efforts.
He also praised the transformation of Varanasi, noting the substantial investments made in rejuvenating the city over the past decade. Adityanath highlighted how Varanasi has evolved into a modern hub while maintaining its cultural heritage and significance.
Several dignitaries, including UP Governor Anandiben Patel, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak, attended the event alongside Adityanath and Modi.
